THE PACK REPORT
Your weekly SheWolf dispatch: events, updates & things worth knowing.
A note from me. Not into it? Scroll right past, no hard feelings.
Today is my 13th wedding anniversary.
September 15, 2013.
It's wild. For 10 of those 13 years I've been an entrepreneur. We've lived in 5 different homes. We've raised 4 different dogs, and the last one standing is our 115 pound pit, Bullet. We have two kids.
For a long time, my baby was my business. It still is.
I was the last of my friends to have kids, and honestly, for a long time we weren't sure we ever would. Between Evan's military career and the "can we afford this," the "can we be a team," all of it.
So when I meet folks who decide to be parents, who decide to be the auntie, who decide not to be parents, who adopt, who can't have kids, who struggle, who have lost a child... I am here with you.
I had a miscarriage before we had Everett. He's our rainbow baby.
We've had ups and downs and learnings. Beautiful moments and hard moments in our marriage.
So when I meet SheWolves who are married, divorced, single by choice, broken hearted, navigating separations, open, whatever yours looks like... I am here with you.
And when I meet some of you who don't know where to go or what to do. Who have lost a spouse. Who have shifted careers. Who have struggled with postpartum. Who are coming out. Who have failed at the big audacious goal and the dream. Who have succeeded. Who are rerouting.
Who are burying a parent and raising a toddler in the same year. Who are new to this city and do not know a soul. Who are the only woman in the room at work. Who are caregiving for someone who used to caregive for them. Who are starting over at 30, at 45, at 62. Who are sober. Who are flat-out exhausted. Who are finally, actually happy and a little scared to say it out loud.
None of us are living the same life. Not close. Different ages, different zip codes, different seasons, different bodies, different responsibilities.
But most of us want the same handful of things. To be known. To matter to somebody. To have a place where we do not have to explain ourselves from scratch.
That is what SheWolf actually is. It was never about events on a calendar. When I look back at 13 years of transitions and hard seasons and the really good stuff too, the thing that made any of it survivable was other women.
So sitting here on my anniversary, looking at all of it, mostly what I feel is this. I am so glad we have each other.
Wherever you are in life, I am here with you. We are here with you.

🎙️ In Case You Missed It
The Courage to Belong
Jordan on the Be Your Soul Podcast with Sky Bradshaw
I sat down with Sky Bradshaw to talk about the thing SheWolf was built around: how hard it is to find real belonging as a grown woman, and what it actually costs to go looking for it anyway.
If you have ever walked into a room and quietly wondered whether you fit, this one is for you. Give it a listen and let me know what lands.

Wild Women Fall Retreat
The SheWolf Fall Retreat isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are when the noise fades out. For four days, we step away from the constant doing, carrying, and holding it all together, and step into something slower, softer, and more real. A cozy cabin in the mountains. Fall colors everywhere. Chef-prepared meals. Hot...

What's New: The Member Table Is Officially A Thing
Our first one was last Friday at Stock and Grain in High Point, and it was genuinely delightful. Reserved table, first round on me, dinner on you, good swag, and the kind of conversation you do not get standing up at a happy hour.
This is a quarterly, full-members-only dinner series and it is part of your paid membership now. The next one gets announced in the app. Seats are limited on purpose.
#UPFORGRABS Has Its Own Space Now
Free stuff gets passed around this pack constantly and it was getting lost in the community chat. So it has its own Space in the app now.
Go join it. Extra concert tickets, furniture you are rehoming, the dress that never fit right, all of it lives there.
Coming Soon: Swag Drops and a Spring Retreat
Both are on the way, and both open to members first. That is not a marketing line, it is just how we do it. Stay close to the app.

Hot Tip: A Note For Our Aspiring Hosts
A few of you have amazing ideas for events you want to host, did you know we have a "How to Host Your Own" guide?
It's what makes this a pack and not just a page I run, hosting means YOU own it (app + venue communication), and for paid events attendees pay the venue directly. Pro tip: grab a friend to co-host!

💛 Before you go
If Money Is the Thing
Let me say this plainly, because I would rather say it out loud than have you quietly opt out.
If the membership fee is the reason you are not in, tell me. If a retreat is the thing you actually want and the number is the thing stopping you, tell me. We keep a scholarship fund for exactly this. It is real money, and using it does not make you a charity case. It makes you a member.
Here is how it actually works. The fund is not a pile of money sitting in an account waiting for the perfect applicant. As it gets funded, we hand it right back out. Somebody covers a seat, somebody else sits in it, usually within weeks. That is the whole system.
Which means two things. If the fund is empty the day you ask, ask anyway, because it fills back up. And if you give to it, your money is not going to sit there earning nothing. It is going out the door to a woman who needs it.
Apply for a scholarship. Membership or retreat, same form, and it is between you and me. shewolf.co/scholarship
Gift someone a membership. If you have ever thought "she needs this pack," you can just give it to her. Message me in Community Chat and I will set it up.
Or pay one forward quietly. Cover a membership or a retreat seat for someone you will never be introduced to. It goes straight back out to whoever is next in line. No names, no announcement, not ever.
Nobody gets left out of this pack over money. That is not the thing we are building.
