big rolls of paper down the whole table. no brushes. you feel the beat and make marks with textures, found objects and genuine recycled trash. then we cut it up and your favorite piece goes in a frame and comes home with you.

freeman's x chandler's, sunday september 13, 12 to 2pm at chandler's. it is so fricken fun, and when i tell you the dolly queen is BEYOND, you are going to clutch your southern wig and have the most healing cry of your year.

note from jordan: it is my anniversary and the hubs is sweeping me out of town, otherwise i would be there shaking my ass. go together, meet up, bring cash for tips, and have a damn good time without me.

Wild women fall retreat

three nights in an a-frame in the mountains at massanutten. chef prepared meals, hot tub under the stars, horseback riding, the chairlift and mountain coaster, a vineyard afternoon, embroidery night, and one very cowgirl night out.

nothing to perform and nobody to be on for. full members get the member rate. if you have been telling yourself next year, this is the next year.

new alpha: emily purcell. emily owns freeman's, yes that freeman's, has shown up for us louder and longer than almost anybody, and is a certified badass. she is joining harsha on our nonprofit program. and thursday every alpha is in one room building the more organized version of all this. thank you to everyone who stuck with me while it was messy.

howl hour keeps going at freeman's while the weather still lets us have the patio. september 10 and october 8, details in the app.

volunteer day is friday september 18, 10am to noon at guilford green foundation, our nonprofit of the month. capped at 8.

two hikes left. september 26 at birkhead mountains, 9am. then october 24 at crockett trail on lake townsend, 9am, and that is the last one of the year.

should we ever go virtual? sruthi is in india missing us loudly and wants to host a virtual meditation, and women elsewhere keep asking if we have a shewolf in their city. irl is our thing and that is not changing, but scroll down and vote with what floats your boat:
